ORDERING POLICIES
1. Select your jersey style (short sleeve, sleeveless, racerback etc...)
2. Fill out the contact form on bottom of screen or email xtremegraphicdesign@live.com. List all details you are wanting in your design, and if possible attach pictures for art request. We have a $55.00 artwork fee non refundable.
3. We do not start any artwork mock ups until artwork fee is paid. Please send artwork deposit of $55.00 to paypal account xtremegraphicdesign@live.com. We will email mock to you when it is finished.
4. Once art work is done, and approved we will require the following:
A) Information for each player -such as name, number and size (tall sizes must be requested when you submit order information) Please also let us know if you want women's cuts
B) Special instructions and/or options for your jerseys
C) Mailing address including your phone number
Please note we do not save old emails-so if you do not order right away and at a later date order we go by the most current order you give us.
D) We will send you a final mock with information you provided above for your final approval.
5. We will give you a total for the order, once the order is paid in full and art is approved we are off to production. Once art is approved we cannot make any changes.
6. Production time is no less than 3 weeks to 4 weeks (business days). (production will not start till order is paid in full)
Give yourself plenty of time to place the order and receive your product.
7. If you are wanting an oversized jersey than these jerseys run on the smaller side, so we rocommend that you order your jerseys one size bigger then you would normally wear. (We now offer tall sizes) Please see our size section on website.
8. No returns on Custom Orders (Once you approve mock up no refunds) Make sure to follow the mock up checklist emailed to you.
9. When our art department sends you a mock up, please note that because of variations in display and/or printer settings it is impossible for us to be sure we are displaying an exact match. The color in your garment may or may not resemble the color on your screen or print out. Colors used in mock ups are for display purpose only. Unfortunately customized items cannot be accepted for return for final color output not matching either the color displayed at the time the mock up was confirmed, or not matching other items ordered.
10. We inspect all apparel for size, snags, texts etc before we ship out. Upon delivery, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Discrepancies found more than 7 days after receiving your order will not be honored. We do not offer refunds on worn or used items. Pants are not warranted due to the nature of their use. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. When returning a non-defective item for cash refund, only the item cost is refunded, not the shipping costs.
11. All artwork is the property of Xtreme Graphic Designs unless you can provide proof of copyright. We will not make the same exact jersey for another team please do not ask.
12. We DO NOT guarantee any post office shipped orders. Once an order has shipped, credit or reissuing items for lost or non-delivered packages will not be granted. We provide tracking numbers for all items shipped. We will not be held responsible for shipping delays due to acts of God. We ship all items through the post office if you would like items shipped UPS let us know the shipping price will be more.

14. Washington residents 7.8% tax on all orders.
15. For your protection and ours, we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
16. Customers who file charge backs or nsf checks will be reported to all major credit bureaus as delinquent collection account. There will be an additional $65.00 charge.
17. Rush order may be done based on availabilty. (There is a additional cost for this please let us know so we can quote you cost)
